Senator Dyson requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                                          
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 3(FIN) am (fld S) Proposing                                             
amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to an                                
appropriation limit, be taken up. The resolution was before the Senate                              
on reconsideration.                                                                                 
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that CS                                       
FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 3(FIN) am be returned to                                            
the Finance Committee. Without objection, it was so ordered.
